We, at ESP, have fabricated our site content quite differently from many corporate sites in that we not only want you to employ us, but, additionally - we strive to contribute something back to the field of art and design on a variety of levels.

We are not referring solely to the customary means by which donations are made by most enterprises, although, we do participate in that aspect of support.

We invest a great deal of time and effort into a large number of both, community services on a local level and in more diverse areas, as well. Such as; in testing and reporting to software companies, thus, assisting in the development of more efficient graphics and design products. We contribute original pieces of art - for no gain, publicity, or, acknowledgement - to be included for free in marketed software.

Now in its third year, some members of our staff continue to be involved in the online teaching of persons wishing to learn how to create graphics images for themselves. This is done in conjunction with the wonderful group at PSP Imaginarium, who have graduated thousands of students from their series of lessons.

Through the efforts of our designers, writers and other staff members, our site offers a number of valuable written resources, in addition to the other content available.

For example: You will find well-researched, useful and target-specific articles on such issues as; the importance of the balanced designer-client relationship; the types of files your designer needs - and why; software reviews and recommendations on applications and utilities which have proven to increase efficiency and productivity; information regarding project requirements and how to employ the use of good collaboration techniques in order to achieve and maintain better focus on the client's goals.

There is information which will give you definitive insight into ESP as a company, along with, our intentions, methods and philosophy of approaching client projects. This may also serve as a guide to the client in the decision-making process which leads to the final outcome of their project.

Too, we have taken a detailed look at field-related contract agreements and, through our research, summarized our findings in an article, CONTRACT-shuns, which makes a complex issue more understandable to all parties involved while continuing to offer the required protection for all parties concerned.

For the casual artist, or, hobbyist, who is interested in illustration and design on a personal level, we offer numerous items of interest and multiple resources, some program-specific, in our Gratis Design Elements department.

And for those of you who are just beginning, or, whom have yet to master HTML and web design, we offer a wonderful selection of lovely Link Ware for you to use. Feel free to browse our list and choose the one that is just right for your home site from our Link Ware page. All that we ask in return is for you to abide by the rules of proper credit. These are outlined both at the site, as well as, within the download file itself.

The Owners and Staff of ESP possess a passion for art in all forms. Especially, in the visual arena with its implications in advertising, marketing and corporate image. We see our chosen profession as so much more than merely a vocation!

Incorporating this passion for 'all things graphic' as their motivation, our designers expressed the sincere desire to develop an internet-based resource site, from which, they could willingly share products, resources, ideas and knowledge in the field of visual communication.

Readying and contributing resource files to this site has proven to be a time-consuming and in-depth endeavor. However, ESP's goals are to offer the very best Free for Personal Use files, in this category, for download anywhere on the Internet!

Our newly-renovated site has been operational since August 2003. Things have changed dramatically since our initial site came online in 1997! We think you will appreciate the many improvements and additions which have been made over our maiden site.

ESP Concepts will prove to be a site that you will return to time and again. Not only for the;

but, also, because we realized that a need exists; a need for each of us, whether purveyor, consumer, or, colleague, to communicate in a new and different way. We have chosen to answer that need as completely as possible.

Customer Service and Satisfaction has, sadly, been neglected to the brink of extinction. As consumers, we are not pleased; as entrepreneurs, we are ashamed of the shadow which has been cast upon those who still believe that the customer remains Priority One.

Our response to the apparent demise of Client-Care has been to base our company's foundation on our clients and their satisfaction, since Day 1!
