path in all instances of its use in this document. The same instructions apply
to all files necessary for this page. Always remember to check your paths and change
any file locations and names so that the page will display and function properly.
The 'head' included in the page files is blank and should be customized with your
own text. It looks exactly like the head image shown above, minus the text.

Since it is in its own table and within its own span style, this will be easy to do.
