path in all instances of its use in this document. The same instructions apply
to all files necessary for this page. Always remember to check your paths and change
any file locations and names so that everything will work.
The optional 'head' image included in the page files is blank and should be customized with your
own text. It looks exactly like the head image shown above, minus the text. You are not
required to use this, or any, page elements included in the files. Some persons
may prefer not to use a head at the top of their page.
